At The Good Crumb, every product is handcrafted in small batches with the utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair refund and return policy.


🔁 Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be raised at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
  • Same-day cancellations are not permitted.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested on the day of delivery.

In rare or unforeseen circumstances (such as ingredient unavailability, operational issues, or quality concerns), we reserve the right to cancel an order.

  • Customers will be notified in advance.
  • A full refund will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.

💰 Refunds & Replacements

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Applicable only for quality-related concerns
  • Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Subject to internal review and verification

To process your request quickly, please share:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Packaging details
  • Batch number (if available)

⚠️ Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
